Warning: This One Will Make You Wince

I REALLY hate reading about medical screw-ups, especially when they involve cancer patients, and even more especially when the administration at the hospital or cancer center acts to cover them up. 

And all of that and more happened at the V.A. hospital in Philadelphia where a doctor who implanted radioactive seeds to treat prostate cancer botched 92 of the 116 procedures he performed over a period of six years, according to The New York Times.

The only good thing about this story is that when screw-ups like this make The New York Times, action usually follows. Write your congressperson.
