Constant's Baby Photo

Since I seem to be blogging about this dang dog an awful lot, decided it was time to post my all-time favorite photo of Constant.

That's my hand around his little tummy. Constant was rescued from a dismal situation (only three of 13 puppies in the litter survived) who came to me at four weeks of age as a foster puppy in the summer of 2005.

By the end of the first week, I would have barred the doors against anyone who tried to take him away. At eight weeks, I formally adopted him from Animal Talk Rescue.

The second dog in my household, Golden Boy the Golden Retriever (I did NOT name this dog), nominally belongs to my younger son.
